Day - 01 Arrival Yangon

Arrive Yangon by morning/midday flight. Welcome and transfer to your hotel. Break at your hotel until afternoon sightseeing starts. Walking tour is conducted amidst of city center viewing Yangon Heritage buildings & people in different walks of life. Visit the Chaukhtatgyi - the colossal reclining Buddha, the dazzling Shwedagon Pagoda observing lively sacred activities and merit makers. Overnight in Yangon.


Day - 02 Yangon - Bagan

Pack your breakfast box. Early morning flight to Bagan (11-13 AD), one of Asia's most popular archaeological destinations and one, out of two most pre-eminent religious old cities in South East Asia. Commence the day at a high temple where can see the panorama of Bagan. Sulamani temple was maintained by UNESCO as the stuccos and mural painting are still in good and precious. Gubyaukgyi Temple( Myingaba village) – the 12th century 'cave temple' with fine frescoes of Jataka scenes; Anada Temple, one of the masterpieces surviving and remaining in Bagan and considered to be in the Mon architecture style. A visit to the lacquer ware factory followed by a visit to local village. Overnight in Bagan.


Day - 03 Bagan

After breakfast, morning visit bustling Nyaung Oo market. The ruined and scattered temples near Minanthu area is a worth exploration for its man-made grotto, frescos and tranquil ambiance. Lawkananda stupa sits by Shore of Ayeyarwaddy River & it is a favourite spot for local pilgrimage. Afternoon proceed to Shwezigon ceti considered as a holiest one. Htilominlo is one of the elegant temple still in good its stuccos. Have a bird’s eye view of Bagan by a different corner. Cool down your day at a forest monastery and Myingabar village. Overnight in Bagan.


Day - 04 Bagan - Inle Lake

Upon arrival to Heho airport by morning flight, drive (50 min) to Nyaung Shwe, the gate way to Inle Lake. Inle Lake exists 970 meters above the sea level and this lake is the home land of Inthar tribe. Visit the regional rotating market place held in every fifth day around the lake if today coincides with the market day. Phaungdawoo Pagoda, famous for its richly gilded five small Buddha images and its history. Ngaphechaung monastery (known as jumping cat monastery for trained jumping cats), over 160 years old monastery with its collection of ancient artifacts. Other attractions include unique leg-rowing style and fishing method of the Innthar; floating gardens and vegetable plantations; weaving factory and black smith. Overnight at Inle Lake.


Day - 05 Inle Lake

Breakfast at the hotel. Board on the boat to the south-west by a small twist and turn creek running into the lake to reach the Indein village, a small village located at the south western bank of the lake famous for its ruined clusters of pagodas dated back to 16th century. The tranquility, peaceful ambience and ruins overgrown among bushes would bring you to centuries back. In the late afternoon, if time permits, walk or take a bicycle to explore around Nyaung Shwe and beyond. Overnight in Inle Lake.


Day - 06 Inle Lake - Yangon

Say good bye to Inthar people by morning flight from Heho to Yangon. Upon arrival back to Yangon, it’s time for shopping at Bogyoke Aung San Market (closed on Mondays and Gazette holidays), where you can have varieties of goods ranging from jewelry & handicrafts to clothing and local food & snacks. Continue to the Chinatown area, a bustling part of Yangon for all day long especially in the late afternoon. Overnight in Yangon.


Day - 07 Departure Yangon

Free & easy at own plan until transfer to the Yangon International Airport for the departure flight from Yangon.

Day trip to Mt. Popa (65 km south east from Bagan)

Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Mt. Popa - an extinct volcano at 65km south east of Bagan in the plain region of middle Myanmar and as the one of National parks in Myanmar with preserved forest. It serves as a small oasis in the hot, dry plain of Myanmar. The popularity of Mt. Popa today lies in the interest of religious and mystical beliefs as an abode of “Nat” spirits. Climb the Taungkalat, the volcanic lava pumped out but freezed before eruption. On the way back to Bagan, visit the food-stuff industry of which is produced from toddy palm tree. Back to Bagan. Leisure or your optional activities such as E-bike cycling, horse-cart riding. Overnight in Bagan.



Pindaya & Kalaw (Heho Airport – Pindaya – Kalaw)

Arrive Heho airport by morning flight and proceed to Pindaya (1295 m above sea) by car for an hour by Heho- Bawsai road. Pindaya’ s attractions include – Pindaya Cave with over 8000 Buddha Statues, local umbrella making cottages and Boat-ta-loke lake. Lunch at Pindaya and continue to Kalaw. Kalaw is a beautiful hill station surrounded by mountains. Kalaw lies 1315 meters above sea level. Palaung tribes with colourful costumes can be seen at Kalaw market. Visit Shweumin natural cave, taking along the up-down meandering roads of Kalaw. Enjoy the town’s view and villas set amidst in pine woods. Overnight in Kalaw.



Trekking outside Kalaw (with a local trekking guide)

1. Half day trekking to Peinnebin village ( Estimate 4 hrs)

Peinnebin village located at north of Kalaw. Transfer from your hotel to Myinka village from where your trek starts. The approach to Peinnebin must follow slightly up trace until to village. Vast scenery of vegetation come to your sight looks like artistic painting. Silver Palaung tribe make home at Peinnebin village. Trek down by the other side.

2. Full day trekking to Taryaw village ( Estimate 8 hrs)

Taryaw village located at south-west of Kalaw. The trek follows slightly ups and downs of mountain range. Terrace plantations, pine forest, natural wooded areas must be crossed until you reach to Taryaw village where Palaung tribe make home.



3. Two Days trekking to Indein village

From your hotel at Kalaw, you will be transferred by a car to the village where your trek starts. Myinmahti cave is worth seeing for its natural formation of stalactite and stalagmite. Continue your trek until you reach the home-stay village. You will be put up at a monastery or at a local village house for the night. The next morning, proceed trek to Indein village & you will be taken by boat to Inle Lake or Nyaung Shwe.
